Hello. I am Regi. Like all people I have been learning to balance and manage life, stress and mental health. along my journey there have been instances where I have not done the best job of accomplishing this, but with these obstacles, I have learned and grown.
Taking control of my Mental Wellbeing started with a friend taking the time to ask me if I was ok. From there, I learned how to say "no" when I was not alright. This led to me being pointed in the direction of resources and others who could help. This Hand in my darkest moments was the thing that saved me and showed me that it is alright to not be ok, and that there are ways to manage and to make it better. Since, I have expanded my network of professionals who understand mental wellness, and I have learned a few things that I can do to keep the worse days from returning. Now maintenance of mental wholeness is a part of my every day and has become something that I have started to enjoy learning more about.
This blog is me being transparent about my journey in hopes that it will help someone along theirs. For those who may not have a Hand around to help,
